Mattress Depot Outlet — Local services in Elk Grove Township

This mattress store is truly the definition of hole in the wall.  We had to google it twice before finding it.  Its seriously an odd place to have a mattress store.  I found this store online and saw the prices they were advertising.  The prices turned out to be entry level mattresses but he had a huge warehouse full of mattresses.  We when in big need of mattress because every store we went too, they was a 2-5 day turnaround time and we didn’t have anything to sleep on.

We made the appointment with Jon over the phone and lucky he met us in less than 30 minutes.  As soon as we walked in, Jon was very nice and friendly, we didn’t talk much about mattresses initially.  But eventually we got to try out the mattresses.  They had several varieties and we were able to find the two we needed.  Jon and Loi was also nice enough to help us load the mattresses into our truck and secured it.  What we like most about the interaction was that they had everything in stock and it wasn’t a typical sales transaction, Jon made us feel very welcome and didn’t try to pressure sell us anything.  In fact my husband wanted the more expensive mattress but Jon end up selling us on a less inexpensive mattress and it felt so good.  We had the mattresses for almost 3 months and still sleeping like a baby.  Thank you for giving us the many options and we are actually going back next week to get my mom a...

I found Mattress Depot online and at first thought its odd that I have to make an appointment to see the mattresses.  I made the appointment and met with Loi. At first it felt a little odd that we are meeting in a middle of nowhere trying to buy a mattress.  But as soon as we walked in, it felt so easy.  Loi greeted us and didn’t even talked about mattress, he made our appointment so inviting and so calming that it felt like a retail store but in a warehouse setting.

Loi had a huge selection of mattresses and we thought he was selling use or reburnish mattress but everything was brand new and has warranty with them.  The mattress honestly felt like its from any other big box store.  It felt very nice and high end, once we settle on the mattress we were surprise that the prices was so much more competitive than compare to the big box store.  To make things even better, we were able to take our mattress home the same day.  We didn’t knew these kind of warehouse even exist until we met Loi.  Thank you so much for providing the community with another option in pricing compare to the big box retailers.  With the current inflation, we need more stores like this to help our the people in the surrounding community.

Wow! Can’t say enough about this place. Found Loi on Facebook doing a search. My husband and I were moving into a new place and we needed three new mattresses. We purchased a queen for the guest bedroom, and for my daughters new bunk bed which took a full and twin size mattress. We were able to take one home that day. The other two we came back to pick up but he loaded them in the car with no problems. He even provided the industrial straps to transport the two mattresses on top of my Nissan Pathfinder. He even checked to make sure I got home ok.

Also was very efficient with meeting me at a specific time and being on time since it’s by appt only.

Loi was so great to work with. Kind and reasonable, fast and efficient. He didn’t try to upsell us and just let us try all the mattresses out. We were able to get such a great deal on all 3 mattresses and even choose some of the nicer options.
