Absolutely terrible and a scam! I ordered one of their computers off Amazon thinking it would be safe. Once I got the computer, during the first bootup, the computer failed to find the hard drive. I called the company and I was immediately prompted to leave a message. I have left 5 messages and have not heard back from this company. After getting the computer to actually bootup, I then ran into an issue with the DVD drive...it doesn't work! This company sells faulty computers and are in no way "refurbished." Hard to leave a glowing review when a company will not even respond to a question. I was interested in replacing my child's old gaming computer, but am overwhelmed by the sheer number of parts, models, sizes, and such that beg consideration when buying or building one. My refurbished computer lasted 8 months. The problem is the same as some other reviews that I read were the disc drive has failed. All my documents and pictures have been lost. The price that I paid for the computer was too good to be true. I should not have been such a cheapskate and bought a new computer from a reputable company like Best Buy. Their one year warrantee is useless. They were not nice when we called for this company to honor their so called one year warrantee.
