It’s always a pleasure seeing Darren Wooding, Shelly and staff every time I visit the facility or just making a payment. They are such a wonderful, friendly, cheerful, and always a helpful group. I’ve been a long time customer even before The CubeSmart Company took over. Darren and staff work hard at sanitizing and maintaining the cleanliness of this location and always make their customers feel safe and appreciated especially during the ongoing Pandemic of 2020. I chose a smaller unit on May 21st then I realized I had more stuff so I went back online to reserve one of their bigger units but I made a mistake and reserved it through another website. So I also reserved one on the cubesmart website as well. The best thing was the gentleman who helped me fix my mistakes was so nice even though I had put 2 dings against his office because he had to cancel 2 reservation which look bad for his office. He kindly told me just call he up so he could make the changes in his office.
