Date of Visit: 4/5/25 Swung through the drive-thru bright and early, and let me tell youâBurger King came through flame-grilled and fabulous. The man running the intercom and window? Straight-up King status. From the jump, he was polite, upbeat, and actually engagedânot just mumbling through the mic like itâs a chore. He greeted me with energy, confirmed my order like a pro, and had me pulling up to the window feelinâ like royalty.
My food? Piping hot, fresh, and ready in no time. No cold fries or soggy buns hereâeverything was on point. And the vibe? Immaculate. The attendant looked sharp, smiled the whole time, and handed over my bag like it was a gift from the Kingdom itself. You could tell he actually caredâand thatâs rare these days. Most mornings, you barely get a âhi,â but this guy made it a whole moment.
This crew member isnât just doing the jobâheâs bringing the heat and keeping the Crown strong. Give that man his flowers (and maybe a raise?). Burger King, if youâre reading thisâheâs the secret sauce....
Read moreI came to have lunch with my family and our little pomeranian dog. We made a big order, got drinks and were waiting for our order at one of the tables. The guy who took our order came up to us and said that we had to leave the place because of our dog. The thing is he saw we came with a dog but said nothing about that and received our order. There were no tables outside and we asked him: where should we go with the food we had already ordered? We didnât get any clear answer. We went to the cash register where a latina woman, 50-60 years old, looked at us with a very crabbed, angry face. We felt humiliated. There was no sign on the door prohibiting entry with animals. I checked again from outside and asked them : how could we know that animals are not allowed if there are no signs? The guy told that we should have looked on the website before coming. What??? Are you kidding me?? Terrible disgust from these people remained. Hire staff who will love people...
Read moreWhen through the drive thru. Looks like the shift manager or supervisor got upset because I didn't mention a coupon. Didn't give me a receipt. The coupon was for a large whopper meal for 6.99. I gave him a 10 and he gave me back $1.01...I'm pretty sure he just robbed me of a $1.29. I didn't go back because it's my lunch time and I only have 30 mins.
I think he was upset because he had to do math.
There was only one other car behind me. This happened on 1/18 @ 11:40am if corporate wants reference. Also I asked for zesty and still charged me 24 cents... I now realize why I stopped going to this burger King. First time in like a year... whelp. I'm not going back. And if the supervisor sees this. Don't be mad, just get good at problem...
