I recently visited Signet to get my eyelash extensions done, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had the extensions applied on Wednesday and followed all the aftercare instructions (avoiding water, steam, and products near my lashes). Despite this, by Wednesday night and Thursday morning, more than half of the lashes had already fallen off. I tried calling the salon on Thursday to address the issue, but no one answered despite multiple attempts, and my voicemail was never returned. It wasn’t until my cousin called on Friday from her phone that someone finally picked up. When I explained the situation, I was told "I don’t know, call back when a manager is here.” Additionally, the lady doing my lashes required me to pay in cash, despite having other payment options like card or Zelle. I even tried disputing the charges with my bank, but since it was a cash transaction, there was nothing I could do. I wasn’t asking for a full refund—just a partial refund or even a free removal of what little was left of the extensions. Read moreI actually been going here for a while, I like how my nails are done. Sometimes I get a pedicure more in the summer, but today I did not like the service from this girl who did my nails. The moment I got there I notice she was not happy, she had attitude when I ask for the nail colors, never said hello. She started to do my nails and she was very aggressive with my nails and fingers. I asked her if she was ok, she continued to give me an attitude. A few minutes later she wanted pick an argument with me, asking aggressively if I wanted to have someone else to do my nails. She then turn around and spoke to the girl behind her who was doing a pedicure and spoke her language to her. I really think is very uncomfortable and unprofessional for them to be rude like that. I was also going in for a pedicure but at the last minute I decided not to because of the attitude and service I was getting. Unfortunately I did not get this girl name but the manager knows who she is. I never complained and usually I have someone who does my nails but today he was not in. Whether I book an appointment or just walk in, the staff is always welcoming and kind. If you don’t want to wait, I recommend calling ahead—they’re very honest about how busy they are and will let you know right away how long the wait might be.
I love how they go above and beyond for their customers. They host fun events for different holidays, give out free gifts, and recently even started offering complimentary drinks. The atmosphere is always positive, happy, and relaxing, which makes every visit enjoyable.
The pricing is very fair, especially considering the quality of work. I usually get designs, and they always do their best to match the photos I bring in. If it’s not exact, we do a freestyle, and they always check in to make sure I’m happy with the results. If there’s ever something I don’t love, they fix it right away without hesitation.
Overall, I truly enjoy coming here and appreciate how they treat their customers....
