Vinhouse Tea & Coffee - Sheldon — Restaurant in Elk Grove

I'm giving 4 stars because the coffee is damn good. It's a nice balance between strong and creamy without being too sweet, and reasonable prices for the quality. The service needs training (they could really use more greeting and communicate with customers to create a more welcoming environment). The atmosphere also needs work, it's really dirty in there (the corners, bathroom and floors), plus the tiny tables and chairs makes it uncomfortable to stay and enjoy the place. If you look closely, the cheap wall papers are peeling off, little decors are dusty and light bulbs are out and etc. If the owners were to give it some love and bring quality to the interior design and atmosphere , it has a lot of potential to be a great spot. Right now, it's a place to take your coffee to go. But again, the coffee is delicious and really strong, so I highly recommend it. I hope they will stay...

as of may 23rd 2020 the Cafe is closed inside but they do online orders only. . it was a long wait during this hot afternoon around 3.30pm. everyone was getting frustrated with the wait time and some people were in a hurry to go elsewhere and they were taking a while to produce the drinks. . they even ran out of boba and some people just changed their toppings to something else so they don't have to wait that long. . the online order was doing good as it keeps printing and it was busy with lots of online orders. . overall their drink is really good and worth the wait. I love the viet coffee with milk which is so satisfying wish I can have that every morning. its not too sweet but strong to have you stay awake for the day. thanks...

I placed an online order at 3:21 PM. I arrived at 3:31 PM even though the online order stated it would be ready at 3:41 PM. 3:50 PM has rolled around and I’ve seen people get their drinks that have come in after me. I asked the girl if they got my order and her response was, do you have the mango smoothie, I said yes. She said oh I am sorry I will start on that now. I then received my drink at 3:54 PM. I was standing next to the pick up counter the whole time too! This is a horrible experience. I ordered online so I don’t have to stand and wait for my drink like I did and to see other people that came in after me and ordered there to get their drinks before me.
