Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

I usually like coming to this location but today today has been the worst experience ive ever had at any taco bell,Nd tack belm wasy first job. My boyfriend ordered a chalupa box and recieved a rock solid 2-3 day old chalupa shell, neither one of us could take a bite so it was thrown away. So I called the resteraunt to let them know to double check their chalupas, bc honestly whoever made our chalupa clearly knew they shouldn't have served it but chose to serve to their customers anyway, and the manager i spoke with hardly said a word.. And then offered me free food but then hung up on me right after like that was a mistake to offer me anything. Well i didnt want their food anyways bc their customers do not come first they simply dont care, they care more about their drive through times and their paycheck.. They definitely lost my business. Bought a few gift cards from their official website. The cashier was not trained to use gift cards, so I asked for the manager who informed me that they do NOT accept gift cards!

This was not a gift card that I purchased at some reseller, but one that I specifically purchased through their own corporate website. I can understand locations not participating in special offers and discounts, but refusing to accept their own corporate gift card?!

I can only assume that he is either undertrained or too lazy to put in the effort of manually entering the gift card number and pin. I hope corporate looks into this matter and brings this location...
