Be very cautious when eating at any PE as my husband bit into a piece of uncooked rice and it caused a severe painful dental injury. A tooth was vertically cracked up into the root and had to be extracted. Only viable option for him was a painful 5-month implant process while having no tooth! After numerous calls, letters, and emails to the corporate office seeking compensation he was completely ignored. Luckily he has insurance but it ran out due to high cost of treatment. We had receipts, dental records, X-rays and could provide everything needed by his dentists to simply seek compensation for the negligence of food handling in their facility. Will NEVER eat in any PE again with such horrible corp customer service!! Beware when eating in any place that serves rice or beans as left uncooked can cause serious painful dental injuries and likely no one up top will back anything they...

I went to ight at 10:20pm. Sat 4.5.25. I'm giving this visit a 2star. Bc in my drive thru , i asked for a plate with chow mein and super green. With Steak and shrimp. Egg roll and med. drink. I had to wait in the front for additional 6min. got the food and drove home. To my surprise there's no chow mein. Looked at receipts and no chow mein. So there u have it. Miscommunication and no chow mein and I'm not fulf filled by this order. I'm still hungry and I'm 100 percent sure I would be filled n ful if I had the chow mein. Not a happy customer and most likely won't be going back. All bc I didn't make a donation? Dam the price is high enough already as it is! That may be a reason too, but who knows I feel like that was a cause to messed up my order. Where did I go wrong !? I hope the owner read this and respond...

I had THE BEST order to date from this Panda Express. No photo because I’ve already eaten half of my dinner. I ordered through the app and upgraded from a bowl to a plate using my rewards. The orange chicken was absolutely perfect temperature, perfect flavor, perfect amount of sauce, and the chicken inside was tender. I also ordered half chow mein and half super greens and this is the best tasting chow mein I have had at any panda express. It was delicious. The super greens were perfectly cooked and I got just the right amount of everything. I also ordered the mushroom chicken and once again, the flavors were incredible and perfectly cooked. I got mushrooms and zucchini and chicken in my portion. This is absolutely the best order from Panda Express I have ever had. Kudos to...
