Updated Aug 06 2024 I ordered D11 classic Okinawa fresh milk large 100% ice 50% sugar with rainbow lychee jelly AND NO BOBA for $7.25 in person. Did the order fast. Came in at 2140 hrs there's some people not busy. This tasted sweet, felt like Chinese herb flavor somehow, brownish stuff on the bottom of the cup looked like jam caramel. Overall good

Aug 05 2024 I ordered D2 classic milk tea no salt large 100% ice 50% sugar with rainbow lychee jelly AND NO BOBA for $6.75 in person. They took order fast and it's ready like within a minute. I came in at 2245 hrs so it has no one and parking was easy. Don't like drinking milk tea much so don't know what to order. Simply order the classic one to try it out. It tasted good, not too sweet, had a bit bitter taste of green tea which is good. I don't like boba, too sweetie, and cheesy, comment below if you have any recommendations for me to try next time 🙂 ☺️...

The reason I am posting a one star review here is because of the behavior of the employees working here. They would constantly mock me and my appearance whenever I came here, thinking that I couldn't hear them! They would also make fun of and mock other customers in the store with me. I finally have decided to stop coming after I found out they were also mocking my mother who would come to buy drinks from here. I used to love going to this place but will not ever be back after being so disrespected, I recommend whoever else is reading this to not come to this location either, you'll probably be made fun of by the employees too! Ordered in app made me download, which never indicated it was being worked on, ready or other. Came in 5 minutes after estimated time done and was a mad house, apparently buy 2 get 1 free day. I had bought two, never offered my free one. No mobile order pickup line, waited 45 minutes in the longest, slowest line since Disneyland. Get to front and drinks handed right to me. Never any indication in app or in store my order was ready. Lukewarm, wasnt offered remake, why would they? Doing great business but my experience can't fathom as to why. Poor customer service and I won't drink these room temperature...
