I'd give zero star for the customer service at this place. I understand how bad employees wants to go home when its near to the closing but you can't rush the customers and close the lights at 6:45 p.m. The store closes at 7 p.m. and I reached at 6:40 p.m. They gave me a warning at 6:45 indicating that the store closes in 5 min and at 6:50, they have turned off the lights. Is that how you treat you customer considering its because of us your business is running. I simply don't have words to describe. I swear to go I would left my cart there if it was not for my in-laws who came to visit from different state. I'd never go to this store again. There are plenty of Desi stores in Sacramento who are willing to receive...

I will highly suggest to not buy groceries from here. Here is reason number 1 to stay far away: Their store brand products mainly pulses, flours, spices are third grade quality but the price they are charging for them is the first world first grade export quality. Some of the pulses black chickpeas so worse in quality that even if you soak them for 2 days straight and pressure cooks them with tens of whistles they would still not soften. Every Sikandar name brand product you buy has food adulteration in some form or other. World has reached Mars and they are still stuck at adulterating food creating health hazards for people to make few extra cents on every dollar....

i am from Reno Nevada never knew this business existed until my friend took me there and OMG what a wholesale store with great low price. i usually go to east west and get my beef and other grocery but from now on sikandar cash and carry is my store to shop for grocery. the person who helped us in the counter name Mohammed is super nice and friendly. gave us a good discount on total price which is unbelievable. i mean everything is low priced and discount just WOW. i will tell all my friend and family to go there for...
