I pull into the drive-thru at 6:50pm. Two cars ahead of me so I patiently wait. I place my order (3 piece tender meal) and notice the two cars in front of me have been parked to wait for food. It happens, no biggie. I pull to the window and give the lady my card, she swipes it hands me my recipet and ask me as well to park as it will be two minutes because they're waiting for tenders to finish cooking. Again, no biggie it happens. I pull to the side and wait.. and wait...and wait.. I'm waiting for 30 minutes and none of the three cars that have been parked have seen any food come out to us. However after the 8th car pulling away with food and not being parked, me and the other gentleman waiting in front of me decide it's time to go inside. I let him go first because he was there ahead of me so he has priority. They hand him his food which was a fairly large order. A worker notices me and asks if I've ordered yet. I explain the current situation and I get told "we ran out of fries" mind you he says this as I'm seeing food and fries going out the window. I again sit back and begin to wait. 20 minutes later I still see food going out and my order is nowhere. I finally step to the counter and get the attention of a worker. I ask him what's going on and tell him what my order is. An employee behind him perks up and walks over to the corner and grabs a already bagged up meal, which was my order. It was there the whole time. I as to speak to a manager and this woman comes around the corner and asks what the problem is. I, again, explain my situation and her response is "you don't get mad at my employees for that" as to which I responded "I'm not mad at your employees, this is an organzational issue, which starts with management, hence why I asked for a manager." She looks me dead in the eyes and says "I just got on the clock so it's not my problem" and turns and walk away. Keep in mind I've been in the waiting room now for 40 minutes and she's been walking around behind the counter the entire time. Before I can respond she walks into the back and doesn't come back for at least 5 minutes because that's how long it took before I left. Absolutely terrible management and customer service by the managers. Employees were lost and running into each other and arguing with the cooks about if they've dropped fries or not. No one in the restaurant was getting food. Literally everyone but two couples were standing at the counter waiting on food. And the employees just kept making excuses while we watched all the other drive-thru customers pulling off with their orders. Something is...
Read moreWould have given zero stars if possible. My sister came home, raving about the Popeye's sandwich she got in Lodi, so tonight we went out to our local Popeye's. The difference in quality was unbelievable, and the customer service was horrific. To begin with, at the completely blackened out menu board in the drive-thru, my sister asked if there was regular fries, too, or just Cajun fries (since we couldn't read the darkened menu). We were told that they do have non Cajun fries, so we ordered a large fries and 3 classic sandwiches. We got to the window, and at first they tried to give us one sandwhich and large fries. When we corrected their mistake, I noticed that our receipt said Cajun fries, which is not what we ordered, so my sister asked them about that. We were told that they only have Cajun fries, but my sister specifically asked if they had non Cajun fries and were told that they do. We were asked what other large side we wanted instead. My sister explained that we only wanted non Cajun fries, so we just wanted a refund for the fries. She had to repeat this request to several different employees before a woman who appeared to be in charge came to the window. She seemed to come to the window with a negative attitude. When my sister tried to explain that we were told they had non Cajun fries, but if they didn't have them we would just like a refund. This women rudely stated they only serve Louisiana style food, so of course it is hot. Again, she kept asking what side we wanted instead of fries. My sister had to tell her several times that we didn't want anything else, just a refund for the fries. The woman got very belligerent and accused my sister of raising her voice to her, which she most certainly did not. In fact, my sister tried to apologize to the other employees because of the scene this woman was making. After all of this unpleasantness, once we got our sandwiches home, we discovered that the quality was almost as bad as the customer service. These sandwiches were over fried and very dry, nothing compared to the juicy one my sister got in Lodi this afternoon. The ones we got tonight were very dark colored, like they were fried too long, refried more than once, fried in dirty oil, or something. The one in Lodi had a golden crust and the meat was thick and juicy, completely different. Read moreHey you guys I haven't been there in a while I know like a couple of weeks but I always love to come in there and see how fast you guys were it is really hard working at fast-food business people really don't understand if you haven't worked in fast food and then work with customer service in the busy or no busy area where people don't appreciate and talk to you in your way like you're not human knowing that working in customer service specialist in fast food it's very hard you ladies there I see how hard you guys work and you deal with the the garbage in the in the Drive-Thru when people talk in and send things that the order that they didn't order or sand that they number wasn't called and they've been waiting 10-15 minutes when that's a lie.
