I really liked my first experience here and camr back with my family before heading out for a day trip. We got a few waffles and some other food and waited over an hour for them. It should NOT take more than 30 minutes espcially when there was only a couple other customers !!!! When we brought it up with they said "the waffle flour needed to rise" but never told us when we ordered it would takr that long. If the flour needs to rise before making the waffles then you should have your employees to come in earlier to prep rather than prep when the store itself opens. It is INSANE. Or at least have your employee let us know how long the wait will be instead of just having us wait thinking it'd only be 10-15 like usual. We got up to say we wanted a refund and no longer wanted the food but she said four more minutes, yet we continued to wait another 15... Dumb on our part to wait. Will not be returning again. Do not suggest going so early in the morning if you want food because it WILL NOT be ready in a reasonable time for you especially if you are in a rush or need to go to work. Pretty disappointed because I enjoyed sitting there and hanging out with family...

Been here a few times and I love it. . Durian coffee - strong viet coffee with durian meat on top. The durian really gives a nice smell when you sip the coffee. . Taro viet coffee - It has nice fresh taro bits in the drink. I really went fishing in the cup for the taro bits. The taro was a new favorite. . Avocado durian - less liquid more of the avocado. Not too much durian in it. The drink is more like a dessert than actual drink. To me it was just ok. I will just stick to coffee drinks next time. . Pandan waffles here is fresh and good. It's a good snack if you want something to munch on. . The vibe in here is chill. I like easy parking and easy to get to. The inside has lots of seating. March 2025. Got the Vietnamese egg coffee. It was $8 + tax so $8.62. So paid $8.62 for a small coffee, was in a 12oz coffee cup. Yes it tasted good but definitely not for that price. Also the order literally came out in 1 minute so , they poured it together way too fast, so it is not fresh when the order comes out that quick.

Also the computer took my order and asked for a tip, that is just rude, I did all the work. If I have to order off a screen or phone I know everyone does it nowadays but if there are less workers shouldn't the coffee be cheaper? Also there was legit only 1 worker in the cafe.

So if you want expensive coffee and bad service, I recommend you come here, I won't be...
