Went to buy a willow tree for my mother for her birthday. There was a lady helping a customer at the register. I wait until she was done and asked if the one I wanted had a box or if they had them in the back. She very rudely spun around and told me the line was in the other side and gave me a dirty look. I said um ok..well was there anyone else working that could help me and she snapped I'm calling them right now. The ppl behind me look at me as I walked over to the display in disbelief of how rude she a been. Never in my life have I been treated that way . A younger guy came out of the back and helped me and the lady avoided me the rest of the time I was In the store. I told the young guy who i think was the manager about this lady. He was the one to ring me up. I dont think she needs to be in customer service if she...

The old lady that was working the cash register was rude to me and my mother and wouldn’t help us. She very rudely stated “there is a sign that says the line starts over there” but there were 2 other people ahead of us that were lined up in the wrong spot but she only confronted us. Im wondering if it was racial discrimination because she was nice to the other white people in line. I’m thinking about calling the store and talking to the manager. The story is over rated anyways....

Lots of merchandise in boxes on the floor, bunch of empty shelves. Walked around the store and never got asked if I needed help, which I did.
