I called to scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm for 2 at 10 in the morning. When we get there 15 mins before our appointment they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I told them my name and that I had called and scheduled an appointment earlier that morning. We go to pick our colors and they didn’t even start on either one of us until an hour later. To top it off we didn’t leave until after 9!!!! 3 hours for half decent nails?? And all we wanted was a full set each and one pedicure. For me to call that early in the morning and schedule an appointment and be there 15 mins before our scheduled appointment and then to be the last people to leave was ridiculous. They kept starting on someone and then stopping to go and start to do something with someone else. People were still coming in even after we did and were left there for hours but they were still able to leave before we did. The one lady that was doing my pedicure burnt the bottom of my foot with wax. And the guy doing my nails ONLY added the nails. Nothing to cut, trim, remove cuticles, nodda. Towards the end, when they were closing up, but we were still there, the guy would stop what he was doing with my nails to go and help close up but yet he wasn’t even done with my nails yet! I’m new to the area so I have not yet found my go-to place for nails, and although they did a presentably decent job on my nails, this will never be...

They are so horrible PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!! I went in at 4:00 pm and I sat there for 30 minutes soaking my feet in the water and then after 30 minutes they got to me. they finished my pedicure after an hour, they sat me down to get a fill and then the lady said since I had white acrylic powder on they had to take them off, so then they put my hand in acetone for two hours, then finally they get to me and the guy wanted to cut off my real nail because they were super thin and the acrylic wasn't going to hold. so I said it was okay to cut them off, I was mad that they were taking long and now they had to cut my real nails off. I got more mad but he said he was going to fix them and make them really pretty but while taking the white acrylic off my nail he pulled on my real nail really bad and didn't apologies at all so that's when I got up and had enough and walked out but then he told me I had to pay for my pedicure I went in to pay it. then they try to charge me $45 for the pedicure when it said $40 I asked them why and she said it was because of gel nail polish when I never got gel nail polish so PLEASE ASK FIRST ABOUT THE PRICE BEFORE YOU PAY THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I’d love to leave no stars but it’s not an option. Both my sister and I went in to receive nails services. I wanted just a color change on my acrylics and she asked for a pink and white set and showed them a photo of the size white she wanted. The tech drilled my acrylics almost all the way off AND then wanted to put the gel color on them that way. Then when I was upset about it she started laughing like it was a joke. My sister then showed me her whites were almost 3/4 of an inch thick when the photo she showed them was the thinnest pink and whites so then they take clippers and chop them all down and start soaking them. Meanwhile we had already been here for an hour. So I’m walking out with sore nails and almost all of my acrylic filed off! They tried making my sister pay full price or they were going to clip them off with toe nail clippers and call the police. Meanwhile she’s crying because the tech started filing her nails very hard and roughly after she told him they were not what she asked for.
