What a great find! One of my favorite memories of Mexico is going to la paleteria and having pistachio ice cream. This was like being in another time and place. The ice cream is so fluffy and delicious. We tried the mango leche, brownie and pistachio ice creams. They were 10/10 on taste. We also had nachos with jalapeños and chicharines with lime and salsa Valentina. The agua de melón is out of this world and my sister loved her agua de piña colada. It’s a small space but it’s cosy. I was at my annual vacation Christian Camp (Friedenswald) with my family in southern Michigan and we were looking for some GOOD Ice Cream. This little store showed up in my search so we drove the 35 minutes into Indiana just to try it out. My kids said it was "THE BEST ICE CREAM" they EVER had, and I really thought it was great as well!
