I really can't fully evaluate fairly, as this was only one visit. There was a friendly lady who offered assistance and welcomed the look around as well as a man sitting back behind the office area who appeared bored and never greeted me. Frankly, I found the store a bit depressing. All stock was in rather plain, muted, dull colors. There were no rugs anywhere as shown in their display photos. We went to Rumple after a very bad experience with a chain furniture company (ordered and paid for a couch, waited 6 months only to find out they discontinued the couch and would no longer honor our order). We were looking for a very specific type of couch and they worked with us to special order exactly what we wanted.
