Delancy Plaza — Local services in Elkton

There's not much at Delancy Plaza, these days. I stop at Great Clips for a quick trim but the shopping center has little else to offer. A few take-out food places, a grab and run pizza joint, an Army recruiter and a tobacco shop. There's Chili's but I no longer go there and a nice looking building that was a bank but may now be a dental practice. Getting to the shopping center from west on 40 requires a U-turn at the Delancy light and often leads to a near collision with traffic entering 40 from Delancy. Please be careful at that...

Plenty of parking. Just be careful when leaving. If needing to make left turn on Delancy Rd it's must safer to use the rt40 exit and make the first u turn to get to the intersection where right goes into Walmart and left gets you to where you need to go Delancy Rd. The problem when coming bout of the royal farms exit to Delancy is most times you can't see on coming traffic when making that left turn. Hope this makes sense and...
