Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Elkton

Well who takes the time to write a review of a Pizza Place? I NOW DO! I have not written many reviews but my last one was very difficult to write. Not this one! I found that when writing a "VERY POSITIVE" review people don't pay much attention to poor spelling and grammar.

I have lived in the community here for about 13 years after living in Italy for a few years. (hold that thought).

I am not sure who owns this location but I trust they treat the Elkton crew like a MILLION DOLLARS because that is how I felt after I picked up my Pizza at this location recently. The employees (more than one) greeted me with a smile as I walked in (although it was clear everyone was busy). I had been under lot of stress lately and it was so painfully clear as stuttered and stumbled through my order but the lady taking my order was extremely patience. (clearly ignoring the fact that it had been awhile since I have eaten a LC Pizza,). Not that that alone worth a "TEN" STAR rating. I had decided I had better wait outside for my Pizza and smoke a cigarette. But what topped the cake was that when my Pizza was close to being done another younger lady (who I now know was the other ladies' granddaughter) popped her head out the front door to let me know it was almost ready, and ask me if I would like her to bring it out. (I was little embarrassed because I was not sure whether she/they did it because they are always that helpful or they realized I was having an "off day" and just need the help. Either way "Hats Off" to this hometown family crew.

Now I can't say that my family and I exactly agree all the time but for PIZZA we all agree without reservation that a simple cheese (thin crust) pizza from Little Caesars Pizza is the pizza that reminds of our "home" across the ocean. NOT ANY OF THE LOCAL "Italian sounding named" Pizza Joints or "want to be" BUJI 'Italian Restaurants' even come close! As you can see I likely did not take a 'bad' pizza home...but had I. I would have still posted a five star rating! Great Family Crew! Great Family Values.

By far the worst service ever. Walked in for "hot and ready" and none was made. Then after waiting 30 minutes i was told they were just put in and will be ready in 2 minutes. If it was just put in and will be ready in 2 minutes then why was i waiting 30 minutes for a 2 minute item? Asked to speak to a manager and the "manager" never came out of the office. Then the "manager" yells to the register girl to just give me a refund so the register girl had to leave her boyfriend all by himself in the waiting area just to give me a refund. The nerve of the manager to interupt the cashiers quality work time spending with her boyfriend just to give me a refund. Ill NEVER COME BACK, and ill make sure everyone knows the amazing quality of service i never received. Thanks for nothing Elkton Little Ceasers, we will take our business to Seasons Pizza...

Got one of the extra most bestest pies, and a crazy combo. The cheese on the pizza was burnt, probably from sitting/warming in the oven, for God only knows how many hours. It's obvious, the pizza wasn't freshly made! The overall taste of the pizza was quite disappointing as well. The bread sticks, were nothing but eight small pieces of soft/chewy/gummy/raw dough. These things looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. If you want uncooked/raw dough, enjoy! I'm serious, these things were not cooked at all! Oh, and...I didn't even get the 'crazy sauce', that was supposed to come with the bread sticks. That's ten-bucks totally wasted! I definitely don't recommend this place!
