This place steals and sells your debit card info. I was just suspicious of them at first because that’s never happened to me before until after I started ordering from here online. About a month after I started ordering from here my account got hacked, all the money was drained, I had to get a new card, switch all my bills to it, and it took over a month to get all the charges back. The first time the people had my email address, address, and phone number which is all the info that the online acct has. They used all of my real for their orders and I was able to get all the addresses that the thousands of dollars worth of stuff went to. I said I’ll only order from there over the phone after that thinking maybe their website was hacked. My fiancée started ordering from there with his card while I was waiting for my new card. Guess what? His card number got sold too. Had to go through all the same stuff with his card. I got my new card and called there to order over the phone a couple times. My fiancée used a different card to order from there a couple of times in the past too. I never used my new card for any shopping or online orders. Only bills and Asian boy. Guess what? BOTH OF OUR CARD NUMBERS WERE SOLD AGAIN. The only common thread for us and any of this has been ordering from Asian Boy. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU PAY THEM IN CASH. UPDATE: I see the owner’s response to this and it doesn’t make any sense. I never said they had my DOB. They had my email address, name, delivery address, phone number, and card info when I was using the website to order. All things that are on the online acct. As soon as I got a new card and only ordered from here over the phone, they only used my name, delivery address, and card number which is all info used when you order over the phone. The other ironic thing is they never had my actual billing address for the card which is different. They were using my delivery address as the billing address which made me question my bank why any of the transactions went through, but that’s a different complaint for a different review. So I know it wasn’t from any place I used these cards for online shopping because you have to give them the billing address with the card info. Read moreAbsolutely awful, I've had delivery from this restaurant several times before. Customer service was always pretty terrible but at least the food was ok. Today I ordered the same exact thing I've ordered time & time again but this time when the delivery person showed up at my door there was an extra 5 bucks added onto my bill. They had charged me for something I didn't even order. Then the manager got on the phone to whom I explained that I only ordered 2 small things, they charged me for larges & that's not what I ordered. He then began trying to argue with me & screaming in Chinese or whatever language he speaks so I was just completely done at that point & told the driver I didn't want anything & to get out. Then the lady that runs the register calls me to continue arguing with me. That is not how you treat customers. Trying to get over on people is not the way to run a business. Seriously if it were a larger order I may not have picked up on it but given this was a order I've made plenty of times the price difference stood out. I guess that's the kind of thing you resort to with the complete lack of humanity & horrible customer service skills probably running them into the ground. So they try to screw people over then get defensive when you catch on. I will never order from this place ever again as long as I live. I am a forty year old woman who has been ordered from this location for over six years, who faithfully gets a order, weekly. Mind you We get the same exact orders every time we call. I tried to place a order. The lady didn't understand exactly what I was asking for I guess after she said the item that I wanted 10 times I repeated. Yes, that's what I want. Instead of rice, I would like to sub for lomaine noodles. Well, let's just say she said it was an upcharge. I said, okay, preceded to go on with the order. The lady snapped and hung up the phone on me. I'm 40 plus years old. Please do not accuse me of saying something that I did not say. Then you was rude to hang up on me. Well, I guess after 6 years.
