This place is a little out of the way as far as ellensburg eateries go, however this good truck pumps out FANTASTIC Indian food. It's a little different format than some other restraunts I have been to but over the last year we have been very happy with everything we have tried. Occasionally we have had to change up the order a since they have run out of certain items but IMHO its totally understandable given the number of items they offer, and how good every new thing we have tried. Probably some the best Indian food at a reasonable price I’ve experienced since leaving Seattle. I ordered butter chicken and two types of bread and they through in a amazing rice pudding dish for me to try on the house the customer service was great and he even brought the food to my car afterwards. The food was amazing savory and tangy just perfectly balanced brought me back home and reminded me of the curry my cousin would make at home. Trust me when I say worth the experience and will be returning often

Wonderful, freshly made food! Didn't want to drive to Yakima for Indian food, and found this truck on Maps. Got potato parantha, 2 samosas, and chicken tikka masala. Samosas were as good or better than any we've had before. The stuffed parantha was new for us, but was hot and tasty. The Tikka masala was very good with flavor carried not only in the sauce but also in the tender chicken. The gentlemen also provided a bit of salad with a thin yogurt dressing on the side and mint and tamarind chutneys. Hope they are able to stay in business, because we plan to go back. ...
