Please read!! They seemed they believe Koreans have no choice but to shop here, so they treat customers like dirt. Today, a day or two days after they have positive covid 19 workers, my mom did not know and visited the store. They just open without closing and cleaning up the store. And my mom noticed that two each oyster bags maked proce differently so my mom asked one lady. She kindly said my mom should return and purchased again. So she went to customer service. They had a window and little spend square to have communication with customers. They seemed so busy so many boxes stacked on the counter and one employ inside of the widow was complained himself. When my mom requested the return. He said āah... c... I have to do this firstā and point out the boxes. So my mom said that she has icecream and stuff so ask if he can do her matter first. Then he refused, so other lady ask mom to give her credit card. Then the guy rudely told her to come otherside. Then she went to the corner. And my mom was little upset because of his rudeness. So she complained that why they asked her to come and go here and there. The he was upset too and throw the bag of oysters to her thru the open square. It passed by her nose. Almost hit her. She was almost throwing back but my father stopped her because if she throw back then she cannot sue them. Please do no go there. They should learn how they should treat customers. Customers are not absolute person but they should not treat customers like this. And they should close store and clean up for...

The staff in this place are very unprofessional. I have been a regular customer of Lotte for the past 5 years. As usual today morning i purchased grocery for around $198 that included 3 types of fish, however the bill included 4 types of bill with an additional of $4. I went to the customer center, they came searched my car and finally told asked me to give them some time. The customer executive disappeared, she went and looked at video and was trying to prove that i bought 4 fishes. I asked her to check with the fish department, the fish they billed me was not available that day...she started calling me liar and i kept asking her ti check with fish department. I asked her to call the manager but she resisted and she insisted that i am lying. I continued to ask her to check with the fish department and call me a manager she refused and started getting angry. I started walking around and finally got a manager, who was not very helpful either. I finally gave up, with the current pandemic the choice i tool was to give away my $7 as a tip to lotte...Bye Bye lotte..never gonna come...

She bought something at a service desk and she only had a 100 dollar bill so she paid with it and then she checked change she received in her car and she realized the lady who gave her change (apparently who canāt do math) gave her 10 dollar instead of $20 so my mother in law went back and told her but she said she canāt give her $20 because she canāt confirm and she canāt check the security camera until close. And she was acting like my mother in law is trying to get $20 by lying. She didnāt even apologize but acting like this is my mother in lawās fault. So that lady told my mother in law to come back on Monday and she did go back but then the lady said that they checked if their change in a cashierās box is wrong but it was all correct so she canāt give her back $20.
