2021 review: Came back to get some crawfish during the crawfish season. I was not disappointed! The crawfish were so big that I even took meat out the claws. Service was quick and efficient. Order was ready exactly on time. Unfortunately they only do crawfish by the pound so no shrimp or clams.

2019 review: My first impression here was not a pleasant one as the food was really mediocre. This review is based off my fourth visit here. From a American perspective, there may be an identity issue here but it feels homey for me. They do have entertainment night in which people go up to sing (this is actually fun to watch in my opinion). The most important aspect for me is the food so lets move on.

Pho - This is average from my experience. The broth is clean tasting and on the lighter fare than other places. Fragrance is low so I assume they do not put enough seasoning in their broth

Entrees - I have ordered the napoleon sizzling beef and was not impressed. Eggs were slightly overcooked and a slim piece of ribeye beef did not help its cause.

Wild Cajun Steam Pot - This was redemption for all the disappointment I had from all 3 visits. The broth is insanely amazing and a clear winner between some of its competitors all across Maryland. The price is a high but will easily feed 3 people comfortably. Make sure you come during crawfish peak seasons (April - July) to get some giant crawfish. I highly recommend you ask for a bowl of rice and have some broth with the rice*

Service - Really subpar and nothing to be excited about. I was kind of shocked they went as far as telling me they do not have enough plates and offered us paper plates. The owner later came and apologetically corrected this issue.

This place is awesome. My daughter and I went there, and we looked in the window thinking it would be another one of those weird restaurants. We went inside and we were immediately mesmerized by the beautiful scenery. There were lots of colorful lights, there were TV’s by the bar playing multiple channels, (yes. Even some kids channels) and lots of paper lantern lights that I personally never saw before. And those were just the decorations. A very kind and friendly waiter assisted us. It was or first time there, and the waiter was very patient with us. We finally decided what we were gonna order. My daughter and I thought that the beautiful decorations had to make up for the food, but we made a mistake even thinking that. The food was beyond what words could say. It was delightful. My daughter said that she wanted to come here every day, and I agreed with her. Every so often the waiter would come and check on us. He delivered the utensils, but we didn’t know how to use them. They went back and happily brought us forks. Also, the waiters provided us with true facts. They were very understanding and kind too. There are other features too, like a place especially dedicated to birthday parties, which my daughter is begging to have her’s at, and a place for karaoke. As we paid, the waiters were very, very kind and gave us an extra bowl of what we ordered for free. I hope everyone who rates the restaurant rates it 5 stars. Not even 4 and a half stars would suit it.

WORST Customer Service i have ever experienced, manager or owner is never present. Everytime i call looking for manager the staff either hangs up my call or say hes not there. The past 5 times i have come to this place their staff has messed up my order every time, Both Dining in and take out. and we make it VERY CLEAR and VERY SPECIFIC we dont want onions and cilantro on one of the orders, A SIMPLE REQUEST but no they stack it on. on our dine in order we made the same request no onions and cilantro on 1 bowl still had it, at end of meal we asked for 1 bowl large #1 to go and another large #1 NO onions NO CILANTRO. they still messed that up and we find 2 strands of hair in one of the soups and the in bag of beansprouts. No refund or exchange for my orders that they messed up, and its just disgusting service on the phone. the staff who answer the phone are impatient and hang up on you before you could even finish your sentence. this establishment needs a re-work from the ground up, starting with management team and then the staff. food is decent and prices are sub-par but the customer service experience makes everything taste like dirt. 1 out of 5
