Kohl's — Local services in Ellisville

Compared to the store further up on Manchester, this is a palace, however, I have noticed recently their standard of neatness has drastically declined, in addition to not having staff that is eager to stop what they are doing in order to assist a customer. On my last visit I was in the store for 45 min and not one staff member spoke to me. Two managers were moving fixtures and seemed a bit put out that I was in the area where they were working, and said nary a word to me. I am not one who needs help shopping, however, a "Hello, how are you" might be nice if you expect customers to spend money in your store. it was really sad being in there... shopping as we knew it in the 00's and 10's is dead. There was 2 employees in the whole place and trying to find what i was looking for was impossible online and difficult in store... and made even worse by the lack of employees, but with so few customers coming to the physical locations, while i was checking out, the lady at the Register even said "oh you can order those online and either send em directly to ur house or pick it up in store" and im like "thats whats putting you outta a job! online shopping has killed the retail world..." idk pleasant experience all...

Very friendly and helpful employees!! In fact this particular location I find the staff to be one of the friendliest & most enthusiastic locations I've ever been to!!! They make the shopping trip so much more enjoyable! Seemed like in every department there was a staff member somewhere nearby or offering up their help & assistance before ever even having to ask!! All around, a very pleasant store with a great variety & fantastic price...
