I have been eating BK sparingly since childhood and I have to say the quality of the food declines progressively year to year. That said, today is by far the worse experience I've ever had. I'm literally sick to my stomach as I'm writing this and I'm almost wishing I'll get sick enough to get this junk out of my system.
First off, the triple whopper patties were completely dry. Clearly kept in a food warmer way too long. The patties tasted like the there was sand in them.
The bread was hard, inflexible and dry. They were out of tomatoes. Barely any lettuce. Bacon was hard and somewhat burnt. The onion rings looked and tasted triple refried. All batter no onion. Couldn't taste it.
I ordered a side of 4-piece chicken nugget. The only gave me 3. Are these guys struggling? No sauces or napkins.
I have no idea how this place is even in business. Most people go around them anyway to go to taco bell but I was craving a burger. Big mistake! I believe most these restaurants are franchises. Whoever owns this one either doesn't care, is disengaged, too far removed or numb/indifferent to what is going on here.
My wife picked this up for me so I can't speak to the service. But whatever I ate today was part dried food, part synthetic tasteless...

I asked that my other items not be bagged ahead of time so they would be warm when I got home. Well, the wait was pretty much what they told me at the window (8 minutes) but when we got home our other food was just warm and the fries were cool (not clod, but cool). My Wife's whopper was missing its cheese. The reason for a 3 rating instead of a 2 was because I called and talked to the Manager today. He is newly placed in this location to help train up the staff. He has done this successfully in other locations. He listened and was aware of what I was telling him and already working on it. He is also facing the staffing shortages that all restaurants are currently. He wanted to be clear that that is no excuse, but just a fact of why somethings are not up to the Burger King standard. Burger Kind as a whole is working to improve the way it operates. I was impressed with this Manager and have hope for this location. Read moreI love BK and I really want to love this one because it’s the closest fast food restaurant to my house, but it’s just not good. We’ve given it at least ten chances, each time hoping it would be better, but unfortunately it did not deliver. The staff is friendly, but the food is never ever hot. It is always cold, and obviously not made fresh (which is crazy because you have to wait a really long time for your food). The last time we went was definitely the last time because there was a hair in my daughters burger, which is reprehensible. I can understand that ONLY if the place is so slammed that mistakes are inevitable, but we were the only people there so it’s inexcusable.
