Extra Space Storage — Local services in Ellisville

I've been a customer at extra space storage for many years. I've always been very happy with the staff, and they have always been very helpful. However, Nicole the new manager on duty just went above and beyond anything any other staff member had done before. My husband and I are a business owner and we keep our equipment and personal items at these units. We had some obstacles to overcome one day, and Nicole went above and beyond a call of duty to make that we are taken care of at the time. She took a lot of stress off of us, and for that we are grateful.to her. You must give that girl a raise!! Lol! She is the best! Also, I must say I have rented many storage units over the years and extra space storage is by far the best climate control storage facility out there. I feel that the security there is amazing and I feel like I can trust having all of my items there with no worries. There was always a person on site if ever I have any questions or issues. My husband and I looked for storage places a few months ago and decided on Extra Space Storage in Ellisville, MO, even though we lived in Des Peres area (270/Manchester) - which is about a 20-minute drive.

The reason we chose this (and paid more) was because of #1) their drive-in feature, which no one else has; #2) the place being kept clean; #3) the ample lights when you drive in, it kept turning on - one light after another; I felt very secure and safe; #4) their management/team (two Brad's) were very pleasant to work with and were very accommodating to our needs.

We've only used the storage for two months, and our exit process was just as efficient with the team. I know when the time comes to where we need to store our stuff again, we will definitely go back. I strongly recommend this place! Thank...

This facility is super clean and well cared for. It sits on a hill which quite honestly is very peaceful and relaxing. The entrance to the building where the climate controlled units are, is through a keypad code and then a drive into the building which makes it wonderful for loading and unloading without inclement weather getting in the way. Inside the units are very clean. They have platform carts available. The manager was gracious and fair in his dealings with me and that forever I will be grateful. Thank you. And, they do offer locks if you dont have one and a few packing materials like boxes and tape, straps, in case you need them.
