I purchased two of their pumpkin pie papa jar candles and they were both defective. They didn't burn evenly and I was left with two candles that were full of wax. I spent over 70.00 on them and one was even a gift for my elderly Mom. I contacted the company and the owner Tony Gross and their customer service was awful. After I called them out on their incompetence, not only did Tony verbally attack me personally over the phone, which was very unprofessional for a business owner to become so unhinged over a complaint but he didn't refund my money or replace the product which I feel is breach of their guarantee. Which I will pursue with the consumer protection agency. This is one of the most horrible online retail experiences I have ever been through.
