First time coming here and talking with Earl. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Bought a new Stryker 655HP and he walked me through everything, I was by the bench looking at all the meters and oscilloscope as Earl was explaining everything and exactly what I was looking at. The man does it right. Very few shops will let you go behind the bench with them and watch exactly what they’re doing much less explain it all in laymen’s terms. He also checked my antenna with the analyzer and it was perfectly set to the truck. After we hooked up the radio in the truck and made sure it was performing exactly as it’s supposed to. Stopped in on July 9, 2021. Was looking to improve my set up on a 2020 Cascadia. I didn't get his name, but the older man was rude and didn't offer any help. He was very off putting to the info i offered and all he could say was "well, there must be something else wrong." Never offered to check my set up. I left feeling like i bothered him.
