I ordered a kid's cheeseburger with ketchup only. The server said, "That comes with mustard, ketchup and a pickle. Is that okay?"
I said, No, ketchup only.
Then she said, So, a hamburger with ketchup?
I said, *No ma'am. I want a cheeseburger with ketchup only."
So, she finally rang it up and asked if that was all. I told her no and ordered my son's meal; a hotdog combo plain with fries and a root beer, and a side of cheese curds. She rang it up and set a cup on the counter.
We took the cup and looked behind us at the drinks...no root beer. I placed the cup back on the counter and told her he wanted root beer, which I could see was behind her.
She said, "Well if you want ice you have to get it out there." He didn't, so she got his drink. We then waited for the order.
She brought the order when it was ready, and we took it to the car. I gave my son his order and opened my cheeseburger. Can you guess what was wrong with it? Yep, no cheese.
So I took the burger bsck in and when the server came back to the counter I told her my cheeseburger had no cheese. She said, "That's what you wanted." I said no and repeated the above conversation to her. She argued with me and then said she could get me the cheese.
Of course at this point I no longer wanted the burger. There is no telling what she would do to it. I told her I just wanted my money back. She had to get a manager and while I was waiting I noticed the price for a cheeseburger was 50 cents more than a hamburger.
They came back and the manager helped the server complete the refund and told me the money would be back in my card in a day or two. I said, "But you charged my card today.^ She said yes but it takes a day or two for it to go back on the card. That is a problem in my opinion, but I let it gi because I have the receipt and will take it up with my bank if needed.
So, then I mentioned she charged me the price of a cheeseburger but gave me a hamburger and she said, "That's why I asked you several times."
I said, "Why would I order a cheeseburger if I didn't want cheese, especially if it costs more?"

Read moreNow I know why a parking lot full of trucks and I was the only customer at any of the three places to eat. No service and it takes to long to get food. 12 min I was the only person there , one hamburger no sides no drink. If there was a line of people no problem I will wait. But I know it takes 3 minutes to cook the meat maybe two minutes to put it together, I would have been ok waiting longer if I had not heard the employees talking in the back like I was not even there. Two other customers walked up and stood there for at least 3-4 minutes before I called back there to see if I could get my food. Seems they had more important things to do then get my food ready. I will never go back there! The Taco Bell employees where back eating by the food prep table, and the Pizza placed looked unappetizing. Bring your food if you are going to park...
Read moreFood is great here and the employees almost always are awesome. However on 2/23/18, I drove my family all the way from Chandler to Eloy to eat and before I did my wife called to find out what time the food court closed. We wanted make sure we didn't make a blank trip and waste gas going all the way out there for nothing. Called A&W and spoke with a young lady who's name I won't mention on here because that's way too much info and I am sure she is a good person just like us. She told us that everything closed at 10:45. We arrived at 10:10 and when we walked in a young lady at Sbarro's told us everything was already closed and that they close at 10:00 😐. She also told us the the girl was new and made a mistake. I am sure you can imagine how ticked we were! Not cool at all and we can't get that gas back but I am sure a manager can make up for...
