Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Elsa

I know it is hard to get people to come to work these days, but it seems like this place will just hire anybody with a heartbeat.. I’m not sure what kind of training I go through, but I can guarantee you customer service is not part of it.

I’ve been through there multiple times where the person in the window rolls their eyes at me, or just simply gives off the vibe that they hate having to interact with you..

It’s basically nothing like it was when I went to Dairy Queen as a kid..

Moving on from that, yes, they flip the ice cream upside down when they hand it to you to prove that it’s frozen… But somehow you managed to get one block away and it is almost liquid..

I don’t know if it sat in the window too long or maybe they just didn’t flip it all the way upside down because I wasn’t really paying attention… But this is happened multiple times..

PLEASE...

When you pull up, you’re greeted with an automated message saying “We’re sorry, we’re closed” thats interrupted by “welcome to diary diary”. This happens with everyone at the order box. I ordered a number 1. Was asked to go to around. Waited as 4 other cars came and went. Finally got my food. My shake was almost done, so wasn’t happy at that point. Got the food, went home, they added cheese. Not at my request. All that and the cheese is what made me post this review. Never mind the attitude of the girl with 4 inch long pink nails. How Is this allowed? Pay them more maybe you’ll get higher...

Worst service ever..They've gotten my order wrong several times and usually take a really long time to give me my order.But what really did it for me was that I went by one night at exactly 10:05 pm and they were already closing when they are supposed to close at 11. The manager inside said they were closing already due to slow service when at that exact moment there were 3 different families eating inside..How is that slow service?
