United States Postal Service — Local services in Elsa

The Ladies in there are so unprofessional it isn’t funny. I went in simply to get a key to my mailbox for my Mailbox which is in my Subdivision, and I simply ask them to provide me the key since I have mail in my mailbox, the ladies said they will not give me my key with out a Bill or something but I had a copy of the deed, a copy of the closing cost as well as a copy of the Mortgage payments they said no it has to be a Light or water bill. Ok make it make sense here, How can I provide said bills when first off I can’t get into my Mailbox. I had copies of My SSA letters showing the address but still they refused to help me, I demanded to speak to the Post Master, they say she wasn’t there then I ask them to call her and they said No, and if she did she most likely wouldn’t answer their call. I am sorry this post office is now a waste of Tax payers money. If this is what The People Taxes are going to, Unprofessional staff, Don’t want to work and waste time so they can get paid to do the bare minimum. I am sorry I don’t think they should be allowed to work there wasting our money. I already spoken with a lawyer and the post office is in violation of federal offenses. I have all documents to prove my identity and that I am the rightful owner of my mailbox but they didn’t want to help. They kept asking is it a newly build house on it. There is a house on my property but I haven’t moved into it yet due getting AEP to come out to hook up the lights. I am not the only person from my subdivision that had this issue with Elsa post office. I will be speaking to the Post Master...

Post master lady is horrible. Super unprofessional and withholds packages. Went in after never receiving my package (7 days late). She asked me to show her tracking number and I gave it to her she entered into her computer and went to the back to look for it. She comes back and says “yes I have it” so I ask her “well can I get it” and she said “NO”. Said I needed to wait for a second notice slip when I never received the 1st slip to begin with. She said I could get it trrw when she put it in. The next day comes and still no slip. My father went into the office and another lady said “ I can’t give you anything until she was there” why? At this point it seems personal and she is purposely withholding our stuff. Now the other lady is withholding our packages as well. She has no right She works for the postal service she isn’t the owner of the post office but refuses to give us our packages. Mind you our packages in the past are always lost and it’s a hassle. THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO! MY MOM HAS A PO BOX HERE AND I USUALLY GET MY MAIL IN HER PO BOX. THERE WAS A SITUATION WHERE I WAS MAILED A TITLE FOR MY TRUCK AND THEY RESENT IT OUT SUPPOSEDLY BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MY NAME UNDER THE PO BOX BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY MAIL BEING SENT TO MY MOMS PO BOX. THE MANAGER WAS THE RUDE ONE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PUT MY INFO TO HER PO BOX IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MAIL WHEN I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RECEIVING MAIL WITHOUT A PROBLEM. I DONT UNDERSTAND IF MY MOMS PAYING HER PO BOX WITH HER OWN MONEY THEY SHOULDN’T CARE WHAT COMES IN HER PO BOX THAT SHES PAYING !!!
