Will no longer bring business here. I bought my tires from walmart a year ago and paid for the lifetime rotation and balance. A few months ago they refused to rotate them because the lug nuts were “too tight” which I knew was a lie because a week prior I changed my brake pads and used a cross bar to tighten (I’m a female btw). When I got home I checked if they were tight and they were NOT. The mechanic clearly didnt want to do some extra work, and since the service was paid a long time ago they aren’t losing money. Today, I tried to get them rotated with my oil change and they refused because now my tires are worn in the front. Of course they are when you refused to rotate them before. So now I need new tires and paid for a warranty that they refused to do. I wont be buying my tires or getting my services done here anymore. And if you pay attention, these guys are just standing around talking most of the time. No wonder it takes 2-3 hours for an oil change. There’s a shop down the road that does honest work called Pueblo...
Read moreAlways an excuse to charge you. Bought tires off the website which come with free tire installation and was told they couldn't install them because they weren't manufacture-recommended size but the tires are just an inch higher from the original size and less than half an inch wider. They also wanted to charge me for the installation even tho it says it's free on their website, the manager seemed surprised when I told him which makes me think they've charged others for the free installation. A whole bunch of scamming and avoiding offering a warranty as if they're losing money out of their pocket. Make sure you read the policy online to not get scammed out of what you get when purchasing. Or call Walmart's corporate number to make sure. Had to get them done at another Walmart, no questions asked got my tires mounted, and got the warranty. This Walmart needs to start looking for...

My truck requires 5w-20 but with the hot climate in South Texas and being it's over 100k miles I requested 10w-30 but he told me they couldn't do it because the book shows 5w-30..anyways they eventually did what I asked then they had my invoice so messed up they were charging me over$100. Eventually a manager came in and straightened it up for me. Also they took over 2 hours.. usually they only take an...
