Elsa City Hall — Local services in Elsa

The city hall of Elsa has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced my entire time being in the RGV. I conduct business with every city in the RGV and have had no trouble with any other city hall until I began conducting business in the city of Elsa. More with the accounting department than any other. Their ability to give minimal information or even answer a phone call is a complete joke. Even when present there you will wait 30-45 minutes just for someone to tell you the person capable of helping you out is not available (meaning they are sitting at their desk with their nose buried in their cell phone). Employees there need to either be replaced or trained better to fulfill what their occupation entitles them to do. Will further my complaint to a higher state in hopes of getting this resolved. Refuse to fix city streets, taxing for street maintenance but when I call to ask for the street to be repaired in my neighborhood they say I need to get a petition signed by all my neighbors, then show up to a town meeting for a vote.
