I am writing to complain about the bad service at this location, store #041921, that occurred on 6/9/25. Management on duty Michael was beyond rude and unprofessional. Walked into the place to place my order, but no one was available to take my order at the time, so I took it upon myself to order at kiosk #2. Before I even placed the order, there was only 1 car at the drive-through. Order# 262 was placed at 12:06am, and then 1 of the workers came to hand me my drinks while we waited for our food. 15 minutes went by, and we went to ask how much longer, and they said 5 more minutes. 30 minutes passed by and I went directly to the manager to ask how much longer since 5 cars in the drive-through went by and yet our order was not ready. His answer was "I don't know." I asked him, "Sir, what do you mean you don't know? We have been waiting for our food for over 30 minutes, and 5 cars already went through the drive-thru and left." Then, with a sarcastic voice responded, "Well, there are 4 more orders in front of you". I responded " how is that possible if when we arrived there was no one in the drive-thru other than just one car and they were already in the window. No one in the lobby as well." I then decided to ask for my money back since i was explaining to him i had just gotten out of work. I still needed to head back home with my kids. He didn't even seem to care. He then stated he canceled the order, so I asked for a receipt as proof that my order was canceled, but he didn't want to provide it to me. I kept asking him nicely to please provide me with a receipt of my full refund and he stated NO. Since I filled up my 3 drinks with Cokes, I was not going to get my full refund. I explained to him that the drinks were literally sitting on the table since we were waiting for our food. He did not seem to care. I told him that the drinks were already in the trash can full of softdrink i can take them out of the trash and give it back to him and he kept saying NO. Never again. Never ha e i received this type of bad service. I ended up having to drive to drive back home with the kids hungry since management was beyond rude and unprofessional. I thing corporate should look into the cameras on how bad things get there at night. He had a random person in pijamas and slippers taking orders in the lobby just relaxing. If he was a worker from that location i honestly think there is a dress code to be working there. This person was not even in uniform. Very ghetto here. Along with my husband's order, I ordered the #7 quesadilla / Taco box. I always order an extra supreme taco with it, and you guys always forget to give me my extra supreme taco! You give me a regular taco wrapped in the supreme taco wrapper. This has been three times already? What is the deal with this? So disappointed in you. Oh, by the way, tacos are a little skimpy.
Oh, didn't get my eight mild taco sauce and the Avocado salsa packet either. Stop playing around and take pride in your performance or pay attention...
