Left this credit union and am still getting re occurring overdraft fees for a death and dismemberment ins policy that They peddled of on me. The company customer service is closed ALL the time to get this stopped. Stay away from this place it’s just ONE of the problems we are STILL dealing with from GNCU Their staff could care less and they do NOT offer any help at all Thank God we left that place it’s the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen in the banking industry. They have bullied me for 30+ days for a car payment on a vehicle thats " totalled" Geico has already paid them $28,000. I'm just waiting for my gap insurance to pay off the remainder balance. If I would have known then.. what I know now... I would not have bought my vehicle. GNCU was the only financial institution that would finance me....
   Read moreNever had an issue that couldn't be resolved. Only once was there a close call when opening an "I can save" savings account. App didn't reflect the agreed upon 6% APY and reps on the phone didn't understand what I was asking. Nonetheless, interest accrued at 6% even if it read wrong on the app and online. Very pleased with their fraud detection and calls to check transactions. Have been here for years, will be here...
