Family Dollar — Local services in Ely

Just passed through this area on the way to Vegas. Also on the way back home. There were 3 staff members working or chatting whatever you would like to call it. I ask where something is and they point me in the direction cause I couldn't interrupt them apparently. Then we were told by the manager that the Shopkins by the register were $1.00 per packet. I was like wow thats great there not that cheap at home. The man rings them up and there $2.00 a piece. My husband stated we were quoted by the manager they were a dollar and he says I don't know what to tell...

There are two of these stores in Ely. If you can't find what you want at one, you can find it at the other. Some of their help is a bit opinionated and stubborn but then there are those that are extremely helpful. The stores are clean and the shelves are generally well-stocked. The only problem I have with Family Dollar is that you have to log on to their app and Select coupons before you go in in order to get their coupon deals. This could be made a lot easier if you are just given coupons automatically when you sign up for...

I've downgraded my review, here's why: Filthy, Un-stocked, Unhelpful. I hate going into this store, it's so dirty. Not only that, but it is never fully stocked, there are always boxes sitting around, messes not cleaned up no matter what time of day you go there. On top of that, the management must not train employees how to be a little bit professional or helpful. Sometimes employees walk around with their cellphone music playing, or even walk right in front of you...
