called to double check if the store is open because the website said they were closed, the guy who answers says "if a company answers the phone then that means they are open" i then say " sorry i just wanted to double check because the im making a mobile order and the site said you guys were closed ", the guy on the phone then slams the phone down and hangs up with no response. very unprofessional and rude! taking my business elsewhere where employees dont rage on customers for asking...

My first visit, they were kind of busy. So I expected a rushed encounter. To my surprise, Fran took her time and answered any questions and even gave me some suggestions. I will be going back. Prices are amazing, service is outstanding. On my second visit.. chase was super helpful and really nice. He was very patient and talked to us like he had been a friend for years. Again. I highly recommend Gatsbys. Hope I see these guys for a third time here soon. Love love...
