In 2014 we bought a living room set(a couch and a chair) for over $1500, got the warranty that they recommended for a couple hundred dollars more, and was told the fabric was "just like leather", shortly(after a few months) the fabric started to shed, and I called to use my warranty and they told me that's from wear and tear, which they wouldn't cover. So I had pieces of the leather like fabric everywhere and I had to vacuum all the time. In 2020 I bought a side by side fridge from them, the doors were off set since day one, they are not leveled horizontally and one goes in further than the other. In 2021 we bought a rocking reclining love seat with middle console from them, it was a display piece but we bought it for original price because of the CoVid shortage and that was the last one they had. I know better this time and didn't spend the extra money on warranty, but surely after a couple of months, one side stopped rocking and it was scraping the inside of the furniture. I'm not sure if we just had been having bad luck with this place but I probably won't get another piece of furniture from them. Immediately the day it was installed , I noticed the burners were not heating properly. The store was called immediately to be informed the stove wasn'twoeking properly & I was told to call the repair guy. The repair man was called & came out several times. Furniture loft was also informed multiple times that the "new" stove was not working properly or like a new stove should work. The owners inform me they were not going to make good on their word & that they would not fix or replace the stove even though there was a warranty purchased with the stove. It's been a little under a year & now the Fridgidare Fridge that was sold as "new" is acting like it is starting to give out. I would not personally recommend them. Two items were purchased, both supposedly new & both have had issues. The store was informed immediately about the stove & they refuses to make right on anything that they sold. After stewing on it for a while went to location to talk to store manager about how I thought it was poor custom service. He proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do to help. It's all Speed Queen policy. Called me a liar when I said I talked to a Speed Queen rep and she said dealers can come out and replace the machine with a functional one and take it upon themselves and Speed Queen to fix broken machine.
