Stayed many, many times over the last 3 years, usually months at a time. However, this will be my last time more than likely. Room has roaches, fridge was dirty inside, bathroom was more than eww, especially the toilet; basically room hadn't been cleaned prior. In the month I've been here the management knocked 1 time to give me my mail. Otherwise, no housekeeping whatsoever. Management acts as though he can't understand or speak English, to a point, based on his own judgements of the person. Takes forever to get him to the front desk, if at all. However, my main issue is that no matter who it is, a relative, a friend stopping by to say "HEY, HI, HELLO" or checking to see if you're doing okay, a driver delivering your food, etc..... the owner & management will consider it "too much traffic" because heaven forbid someone eat or have a friend, & will find an excuse (lies) to not rent to someone again or kick them out & not refund any money back no matter what. I see it this way... Someone who pays for the room on a monthly basis, staying for months, maybe years, at a time... It is their home/residence & should be treated as such by manager & owner of the hotel. Meaning the renter has rights to their privacy, freedom, etc. & shouldn't be constantly watched. Otherwise, the owner shouldn't rent by the month & then create unnecessary drama. Overall, unless you're just passing through & need only a night or two, I wouldn't recommend at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! To start, the hotel doesn’t have a visible sign outside to indicate what it is. The room looked decent. Nothing to run home about. After the first night I noticed a couple bug bites but didn’t think anything of it since I possibly got bitten by mosquitoes. However, the second night I woke up around 1:30-2am to use the restroom in which I noticed my whole left arm had bite marks and was swollen. I promptly looked around the bed and noticed a bed bug on the head of bed. I kept looking and found another on the floor. My room was 403. Directly in front of the front desk. At approximately 2am I ran to see if there was anyone in the front desk. There was no one. I waited until later that morning to inform the front desk. As I started packing my mom noticed another bed bug crawling on the bed and we killed it on site. After explaining to the front desk staff they called their boss and explained the issue. They informed me that I would be given a full refund. Afterwards they claim to not have found anything, therefore I will not get my full refund. I have on video recordings the staff stating that I would get my full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are bed bugs and the staff clearly doesn’t care and will lie to your face.I showed her my whole arm where I have a dozen bite marks, and handed her the napkin with the bed bugs we killed. Still wasn’t given a refund from this place.

I'm torn on this place. The good: I was upgraded to a suite because the king bed is ordered online was sold out. The room was substantial & had quality (not chincy) furniture. For its location, it was relatively quiet as I was away from the main roadway. They allow pets. The guy at the desk was kind, even though I could barely understand his accent/ language. The room was well stocked with toiletries & had mini fridge/microwave & a jacuzzi tub. The bad: it's in a rough-looking building & part of town, so you are on guard (as a single female traveling) at all times, I triple-checked my locks & window locks. I was able to park my jeep right outside my door & I checked on it multiple times too. The window/door of the living room area face and interior shared lobby space, while my other door/window for the bedroom space was on the back/side exterior alley of the building. This window was drilled shut / unable to even open in an emergency. The door was very airy & drafty, this mattered because wind chills were in the -30's the night stayed. So I had to crank the wall heater to compensate. The building is older, so are the rooms. A few sketchy ppl lingering about the exterior local area. It is ease of access to the I-freeway. The place has major potential for the right investor, but needs a full makeover to be nice again.

READ THE UPDATE- Nice rooms for an affordable price. The rooms were clean and quite. The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and everything worked. It was very convenient to be able to park right in front of the front door. It had almost a home feel to it and there was no bugs. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. We have been to hundreds of hotels/motels all over the states and I would definitely recommend this place. Our week there, the week of Christmas was pleasant. One of the better hotels in Kansas to stay at.

UPDATE: It's Christmas eve at 1030 pm and our hotel room has lost power to half the room , so NO TV, microwave or refrigerator, management was going to switch our room but the OWNER refused to do anything about our situation and was yelling and swearing at my wife. He refused to refund our last 2 days, we have been hear 5 days already. He refused to work with the company we booked through and told us that we cannot leave until they check the room to make sure we didn't steal anything. What a horrible way to run a business. And to treat people like that on Christmas eve, what a shame! We will definitely be contacting our lawyer because of the blatant disrespect from the OWNER! My advice is stay away from the Eleven boutique, they are disrespectful and have no compassion or understanding for other people. We are paying customers that did nothing wrong and now can't find another hotel because of Christmas and the cost. Thanks for ruining our Christmas eve Eleven boutique. And to the OWNER (GRINCH)...
