My boyfriend and I are from South Orange County, just 40 minutes away, and we visit Solana Beach every summer. South Orange County does not have any dispensaries; only delivery is available, so we wanted to check out Siestalife the afternoon of July 19.

One associate was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, but the cashier, P. Bertin, asked us if we were from a different country. I am a Native American, and my boyfriend is Caucasian. We both speak English. When we explained that we were from South Orange County, he asked if that was in another country. I was uncomfortable and couldn't believe this type of man was working in a California dispensary at the beach.

I wanted to leave, but my boyfriend wanted to purchase an edible. Dispensaries should be nothing but good vibes. You should not walk out of the store and have an anxiety attack. Peace and be kind to others.

I understand the owner wasn't at the store on Saturday. We got the name from our receipts.

This should really be no or negative stars. Spent good money on an all in one disposable vape a week ago. Mid-week I opened the package and the device was a lemon straight out of the box, did not work at all. Brought the device back in yesterday, 1 week after purchase, and they refused to replace it saying they had a 1 day return policy. I'll never go back, to sell a defective device out of the box and refuse to replace it (meaning they just pocketed my $ and I got nothing in return) is just not an acceptable business practice. So beware this business does not stand behind their vape...

Bad costumer service! The person that checked me in was nice and was helping a customer in the preroll sections for discounts. They were going in circles. The other employe just ignored me.
