Omg what happened? đ the service was terrible. I sat at the table for close to 10 min when i stood up from my table to get the ladies attention because they were just chatting away in the bistro area. A young man came over to take my order but the waitress, Chloe, finally came over and said she will take over. We chatted about options on the menu and opted to take my coffee order first and said sge would come back to take my order after i decided but she never came back. She was cleaning and doing other stuff so after 5 minutes of waiting i decided not to order because the wait time was ridiculous. I got up and walked over to pay for my coffee and told the young lady at the bistro area that I decided not to order because the waitress never came back. She responded and said she was cleaning, etc. But i asked Chloe was there a reason why she didn't come back to take me order, she instantly had attitude and said she was waiting for my coffee order to finish. I looked at her confused replied why would I want to wait to that long to get my food order. She asked me if I wanted to order and I said no, nevermind, it's too late. She ok and walked away. The young lady at the bistro took my payment and started making excuses for the waitress and that she was cleaning and my response to her was I understand but she never came back and I had waited so long in the first place and that it shouldn't have taken so long to begin with, etc. I said have a nice day and started to walk out and realized Chloe was talking about about me and said something like, "Have a good day," but with a bi$#! little attitude. So I turned around and said, " What was that?" and saw the young girl at the bistro smirking and giggling towards the waitress as she walked behind the wall towards the kitchen.

In addition to the high quality of their food they are extremely conscious when it comes to food sensitivities and severe food allergies. Itâs one of the only places we can go where friends and family with severe sensitivities know they will leave with happy, peaceful and balanced tummies. On top of that, theyâve got a killer staff. Thereâs tons of turnover in the SD restaurant industry but GoodOnYaâs employees are long-term, we even see them eating there on their off days!
Itâs easy to make subpar health food, itâs trickier to make decent organic eats, but it take last vision, heart, integrity and true passion to run a buisness where every employee is allergen aware, where every element of each dish is made in-house and where every ingredient is mindfully sourced. I took my mom here for our fav coconut matchas as a mothers day treat. we proceeded to wait 20 minutes, which is minorly annoying but fully understandable because it was super busy. we took one sip, they were lukewarm, not awesome. I opened the cover to take a sip of froth, froth fully absent and half the cup is air. When I asked them if they could resteam or remake they looked at me like i was insane lol but then obliged. I then went to the barista (glasses) to let her know the issue, and she told me âwell these are half emptyâ. The issue with this, is they came that way lol. So she blamed me for something she did which was kind of odd? She then proceeded to make the wateriest latte ive ever had. Ive had such yummy drinks and food there and this was a really sad experience especially since the lattes are the price of a meal themselves! It wouldve been fine had she just remade them and not made me feel like i was in the wrong? when i was a barista, whenever someone asked me to remake their drinks or pull the espresso again, I did so with the utmost care because its really not that difficult. but she blamed me then handed me a watery latte with the resentment of a scorned woman. Hopefully someone can let her know thats not a great way to treat long time customers or any customer at that, like please relax no one is coming for you. i really hope this place doesnt start losing its quality and...
