Like the review above, when trying to get a quote, confirmation of an order, or status of a past due order, they do not respond at all. Emails to both individual people, as well as the general sales email address, go unanswered. The phone is NEVER answered and calls always go to voice mail regardless of what option you choose. If you leave them a voice mail every day, they still don't...

Terrible customer service. Told them I what gaskets I needed, he then asked me how much. I told him 14 ft to start with. He rudely said “too small of an order can’t do it”. And got off the phone in a hurry. I didn’t even bother to tell him 14 ft was to test it And I needed about 2,000 ft afterwards because it’s for a couple of large manufacturing plants.

If you don’t want to hear can’t and won’t shop elsewhere there’s plenty of custom makers...
