I state that because if you search the reviews, you will see that there are numerous complaints against the sales team (I should have researched the dealership more before I decided to give them my business). My salesperson is Lanique Harvey. She tried or at least pretended to resolve my issues but struggled to complete the initial transaction correctly. She and her team did almost everything to win my business but since then have fallen short on their commitments to service as well as their responsibilities as a dealership to complete a lease transaction successfully. Since I leased my automobile (about 6 weeks ago) the below issues are still unresolved and now I am not getting my phone calls or email returned. There is a lot of turnover at the dealership. I was texted by Ian Osborne to contact him if I am not fully satisfied and when I called to let him know that I was not, I was told that he no longer works at the dealership. Then I was transferred to the extension of the new service director and left a VM that has not been returned. He is the 2nd service director in less than 6 weeks to rotate in and out of this dealership.
Provided only a 1 year NJ DMV registration for my 2 year leased automobile. After numerous discussions and changing their answers, I have been left to figure out how to get my automobile registered properly for the term of my lease.
