this company should be in the military do not visit page as ban from the military, As a small town they depend on majority of military families that move there and our money, we let them manage our property there for years not by choice but because the home lost value as the market crashed and being a small town never really recuperated as fast as we need to, and they do not care for home owners at all, you call them with questions they are never there for you but if you trick them into telling them that you want to rent all of the sudden the person you were looking for that was not available answers the phone, they let the tenants demand all kind of not real issue that really do not need to meet immediate respond so the homeowner is spending money (with contractors exclusively working for these people) and they charge for these projects high fees), as long as it is within the $300 dollars range the tenant can ask for anything without approval, so basically if you have a have a picky tenant you are hundred down each month they desire a new think to ask, they get the rent payments at the 1st, then they wait 2 weeks for that check to process but because they have until the 25th of the month to pay homeowners well guess what, even thought you pay your home on the 1st as well you won't see that money until almost the 25th, because processing, not sure what that means if it is pencil and paper processing but it takes them that long to do so, they called me once recommending painting some walls and lanai which I told them ok on walls not on lanai but because it was a phone conversation they kinda forgot because I was dealing with multiple people, I got charge like $300 dollars just to paint a cement floor about 8 by 8, something I done before for 12 dollars bucket of paint from Walmart, called them about it and they said that was not what we accord because I would have never thought on okayinga charge like that for a cement small patio, knowing that most of home owners are military and move away we are defenseless into trying to fix this from afar, please be aware if you thing into buying in a town were most likely you wont get a return on your money and you think into renting there, very disappointing and upsetting at the end I just couldn't continues letting them manage anymore, really I would had try to work most of things if they were more professional, if they answer the phone or return calls, rather to ask which property put you on hold and then send you on voicemail every time you called, many of us did not buy there as an investment idea, we bought there to call the place home while stationed there because housing at that time was not the best, so we don't have the money to give away literally, I had to put the house for rent below what my mortgage was just to keep it rent it rather than sitting there empty because again location and what people are willing to pay for the average home there, some of us retired in other states, we have kids in college, in medical school, some of us have to work really hard, so for them to make decisions on our behalf as long is 300 dollars without thinking too much into it is really disappointing when we are their customers, it is my home they are managing for a cost that we are paying, when they cleared each tenant not really following the clearing checklist so when one of the tenants left the garage bent guess who paid for it, because they overlooked it , this was my personal experience, sadly again wish they understand the value that customer experience represent when you are paying them for a service you hope that at least the consider that and give you attention on the matter, sadly they failed me, and they depend on us Military for their business, without Fort Rucker there and us military spending our money there, the story would be very different, so why...
Read moreThis company deserves no stars for their poor customer service, customer relations, and extremely poor representation of their clients' rental homes. Unfortunately, we are yet another military family that this company has raked through the mud. We had to make a quick decision regarding our current rental and it was the wrong one. We were unable to see the home in person prior to PCSing to Fort Rucker. When we first moved into our rental home, managed by Prestige, we opened the doors to find the most disgusting condition of home. Cockroaches littered the floors and window sills, every wall had multiple holes (big and small) or crayon drawings on it, and the cupboards and appliances had an awful film on them. We attempted to immediately contact the agency, but in what proved to be the norm, we were not contacted until 24-48 hours later. After 10-12 hours of cleaning between 4 adults, they offered to send someone out to clean the property. A little too late, and we are still unsure why the property wasn't inspected prior to our arrival. Our initial experience seemed to be consistent with this agency throughout the time of our renting. There was an ever-revolving door of property managers that we could never get a hold of and the front desk wouldn't allow us to have a number to reach them. Just in case you never have the pleasure of going in to the front desk, they have quite the "cordial" front office staff that greets you with a scowl and oozes sarcasm through every word. We battled through water damage and mold issues where the finger pointing wouldn't stop until we contacted a lawyer and quoted our rights. Now, it's time to move out and, somehow, no one can contact us to answer questions about the move out cleaning process. We are hoping they will waive the mandatory carpet cleaning or pay half due to the disgusting nature of it when we moved it. But I'm sure, in true form, and based upon the reviews on many sites, we will also be ripped off from a company that isn't worth a dime that it is paid. We will also be hiring a lawyer if the refund for the security deposit is not reflective of the condition of the home, as we will be leaving it in much better condition that it ever was in originially. I truly feel bad for the owner of our property as he must also have to deal with the poor business practices of Prestige. I would be completely embarrassed if I owned a home and trusted a company like this to manage it. If you are considering moving to Enterprise or renting your home in Enterprise, I urge you to consider all options other than this company. The hassle that you will go through with this company is not worth a minute...
Read moreThe most unprofessional real estate company in Enterprise. Agents are eager to list your house but won't work to sell it. It took them over a month to add photos to our MLS site. When they did, Most of the photos were on their side and not easy to view. Absolutely unprofessional. They are unwilling to take an extra minutes to help the clients out once they have your house listed. We were out of the area and had no contact with our agents for over 2 weeks. They said there was a showing and we would receive feedback, however we never had any information I'm what the potential buyers thought. After not receiving any contact for over 2 weeks, they told us we should probably reduce the price of our house. They did not provide an explanation just said we needed to reduce the price in order to sell it. This was almost $20,000 less than originally suggested by Dex. We simply asked for a pool signed to be added to our yard and that took over a month. When they finally added it, they put it on the back-side of the sign away from traffic driving into our neighborhood. Unless you have a very high listing on your price and agree to the full 6% commission, they really won't be willing to help sell your house. Like most real estate agents, they simply wait for the house to sell rather than trying to sell it. It is easy to see why team Linda Simmons is #1 in the enterprise area. When we sent an email to them terminating our contract we received no response yet they were quick to remove their sign from our yard. You are better-off selling your house on your own than using...
