I looked forward to visiting this local store for candles and what not. I purchased a $34.99 centerpiece candle for my anniversary. The candle wouldn't burn, so I brought it back the next day and got another one- same thing happened. Went back next week and the owner said - she had bad wicks and she would fix it in time. I was extremely patient and went back 4 times to see if she resolved the issue- extremely patient. Of course always an excuse on why it's not ready for me. Here I am 4 months later and still no candle or refund. Today she tells me- exact words, I don't know what to do they are shutting me down.
