Jan 19 2018 I have to change my review to a 5 star review, I use propane for heating and what cost me $48 at Liberty Hardware cost me $31.10 for 1x40lb tank and 1x20lb tank, they want $2.19 per gallon for propane, they don't charge by the cylinder like others do and you are only paying for what you actually use, I saved a easy $17 here and that was with a coupon at Liberty $10 for the 20lb tank..... It was about the same at Gas Shack in Johnson City as Liberty. TSC by far has the cheapest LP around. I also bought a dog kennel here awhile back and it happened to be on sale for a bit less than advertised and less than everyone else. Some things are good buys here....

My org review as that I bought some air compressor fittings, not even a week later they were leaking and useless. They wouldn't take them back even though I still had the package, not even for an exchange. I asked to speak to the manager the rude woman got even more so rude telling me she was the manager and they wouldn't even exchange them. Other items aren't so great, so make sure and keep your receipts if you do buy anything from here. But thanks guys for making the winter easier...

Very disconcerting retail experience. I had to return clothing that didn't fit the intended wearer. Ended up being a few weeks before I was able to get back to the store for return and not surprisingly was beyond the store's timing preference. I expected something of a bumpy process since diminishing customer service has become increasingly common. I did NOT expect to be chastised by the R.G.M., the highest level of management in the store, for not being silently compliant with the corporate return policy. Nor did I appreciate being scolded for not being aware of said policy which she alluded to being plainly stated on my receipt. The same receipt that, after a couple paragraphs of rather mundane marketing said that I could find the company's return policy at the corporate website. I try as much as possible to patronize 'brick and mortar' type retail establishments. Therefore I'm just thankful that I rarely need the specific types of items found at Tractor Supply since I intend to never visit another of their stores or...

I had bought a Weed Eater, and set it up, however it wasn't running right. I had a little trouble trying to get an answer. I brought it back and would have only been able to return it, due to the fact that it was the only one left. A very kind & concerned gentleman being Conner had the tool I needed to tune it up. He went way above & beyond to help me. I cannot thank him enough for his help. Thank You Conner!!!! I called the store manager "Wendy" she went out of her way to help me and gave me a # to call about the problem I had with a person I won't mention. I called the # and spoke with another lady being Carol, she too went above and beyond to help me. So now I will make my long story short, Tractor Supply and 99% of the employees are very helpful.
