I've been very pleased in past visits, the only vape place I've found in town that has what I'm actually looking for. But today I was upset. I went in and bought a new vape, coils, and two bottles of salt nicotine. Spent 95 dollars. It took me some time because I was browsing the merchandise and deciding what I wanted. My mind was so focused on picking out the specific things I wanted, I didn't realize until later tonight that the employee gave me one coil out of a multipack, but charged me the full 5.99. I have the receipt. It's not a lot of money I know, but if it's 5.99 for a 3 pack of coils, why did he pull 1 coil out of the box and only give me that one instead of the 3 pack? I'm also mad at myself for not realizing it at the time. I didn't lose a lot of money in the grand scheme of things, but I will be paying much closer attention in the future to make sure I'm not getting taken advantage of if I go there again

Would not recommend this smokehouse. The service is poor.l and faulty pipes vape pens. If you get a pen or product and it dont work. Tried to take it back. A $50 electric vape pen. Went to my truck tried to turn it on. Wouldn't work took it in. He said he didn't have to take it back You send it back to the manufacturer. I told him I don't know where to send it back.
