The one redeeming quality of this chain is the 50% off aged inventory list. It is one of the few places in Ohio that almost always offers 50% off certain items, which is a gamechanger considering the exorbitant prices in this state. I personally check it when I am looking to stock up on chocolate or honey. You are likely to find a half off edible (meaning it is actually affordable). I have found a few different desirable items from Galenas at their different locations across the state, such as rare "Artifact" jars. But other than that they menu overall is super overpriced, really not that good, and really just another clone in the crowd...
It's honestly kind of hard not to notice how poorly these dispensaries are managed. Be warned! This location specifically will cancel your reserved orders from the morning, and not tell you!!! So when you get there in the evening, they don't actually have the stuff you ordered and it's a major inconvenience. They said they would give me half off for the mistake, but it's been a full week since this happened and I haven't heard back from the manager. You've been warned. Not worth the disappointment, unless you call and pull a few teeth to make sure they really have your order reserved on the other end first.
Additionally, the fact that they have so much aging inventory in the first place is pretty unusual actually, it's an indicator they can't sell product quickly enough (1. Because a lot of the products are gimmicky overpriced garbage, 2. Because they are poorly run, i.e. treat staff poorly, very corporatized, and rude to customers like their is some kind of toxic attitude in the back room, I've sensed it many times as I have been a customer here about a dozen times. Bowling Green isn't run much better, but at least they are friendly and slightly more competent! I guess the manager here is trying to do better than the last one, but it's still super subpar service to be frank).
To conclude, my suggestion would be just to sell products at a fair price and/or have better sales in the first place so you don't have to sell people a bunch of expiring crap! The malfunctioning POS system though?
What a joke! No comment necessary...

Read moreYou guys are not moving product ( same batches for months and months ) you either don't care or you do care and you're just dumb those are the only options because you guys have had a bunch of the same product for months and months and months because your prices are so outrageous your business cannot be good you literally have a license to print money and you're screwing it up because you're based out of Oregon and don't care about what's going on way over here and if you have a regional manager they're overpaid. You literally went from being one of the cheapest to one of the most expensive you're literally more expensive than the botanist i used to come here twice a week I have not been there since recreational started because they jacked their prices up so high trying to rip people off. What a shame i used to like coming here they had 30% off everything for months & months i get ur sales ended ok but if u can afford to have everything 30% off for the last 10 months I don't think you need to raise the price everything $5 and then also take away the 30% off sale lololol shame u got just as greedy as the rest. $50 for 1/10 of an Ounce is $8000 a pound that is flat out pure greed but im sure its easy to take the money in and hurt ppl when ur in oregon(Nectar HQ)...but always shop around ppl! Dont just get robbed without fighting back because you will get taken advantage of! An don't go somewhere because of a five-star review because someone was nice that doesn't help pay the bill at...
Read moreAndrew A. is not a leader. Some bud tenders here are great but there’s a lot of communication breakdown and very little organization coming from the staff to the customers. I got banned for pulling the emergency door release. Here’s how that happened: I got used to their door being broken at one point, so I grew accustomed to exiting out of the front door. I have also waited for an extended period to be let out while exiting their doors (iykyk I’m not gonna explain the system). Therefore, I became accustomed to using the emergency door release. I am aware of the rules, but I am also aware that an emergency release is there because there are exceptions to the rules. I’m not saying I didn’t violate the rules, I’m saying I had my reasons and instead of someone politely confronting me about it, I was banned. Not the first time, or the second time, but the third time I did it, I happened to come back into the store to inquire why my bud tender was being so rude because I could sense something was wrong. At that point I met Andrew for the second time, and he yelled at me and escalated the situation, when all I really needed was an explanation. I was coming here twice a month because it’s convenient for me. Now I guess I’ll go to the dispensary down the way where they have people on the floor guiding customers, instead of hiding in the back judging people until they get triggered and emotionally volatile enough...
