ATMOSPHERE: The great thing about this place is the atmosphere. They’ve done a great job remodeling from the old Panini. The colors are vibrant, nice touch of textures and plenty of televisions for viewing. The bar-seating spacing could be better, Tons of tables and nice amount of booths along wall. The food and drink, not so great.
FOOD: I ordered corned beef and it was dry and over cooked. The fries were great! They’d almost remind you of Rally’s fries. My wife preferred wings. They looked as if they had no seasoning, I’m sure they had no flour. To my estimation, yes they were tasteless. The sauce on the side couldn’t help them. The lemon drop martini had a very artificial lemon flavor.
SERVICE: The manager took our drink orders. She came back with drinks about 5mins later. She went on break. It was about 7-10mins before someone asked us our food order. The lady walked past and said she’d be with us. She walked back up to the table and looked at us “as if to say, go ahead!” What should be said is “have you guys decided yet?”, “what will be having today?” Anyways, she yells out “NO!” Then point to her airpod that someone was talking to her through. Should probably invest in communication devices and not earbuds to communicate through calls. My wife tells the manager later as she comes around that the food isn’t good. The manager explains that the wings being fried hard means the sauce HAS to be on the side. My wife says “yeeea ok. I don’t want them.” She removes the plate and walks away. My wife attempts to tell her about the service. She basically explains to my wife she that they can keep throwing wings away because someone doesn’t like them and the reason for the poor service is because someone had just ran off on the check (should reconsider the bathroom being by the front door. Ultimately we took a gift card. I’d consider giving them another chance. But wouldn’t be my first choice for date night or food. Maybe beers. They did have reasonable price on...
Read moreIt’s always too good to be true. Came up here 2 nights and enjoyed my beers, atmosphere, and most of all the FOOD! Specifically the corned beef wrap. It was so good, I recommended it to a family member. I came in today to place an order for them to try it and came back to pick it up, only to find out they gave me a sandwich instead of the wrap. They said they could remake it into a wrap within minutes, but I also specified when I originally placed the order that I CANNOT have tomatoes in my wrap as I have an allergy. Got half way down the street and realized the wrap is LOADED with tomatoes. It’s not the bartenders fault, it’s the kitchens fault because I watched her write on the ticket NO TOMATOES.
She was also the only one that apologized. The manager and owner walked right past me and not once apologized for the double screw up. Had they done that, I would’ve waited for a remake and/or been a little more lenient with my review. But they didn’t. I got my refund and left, probably won’t...
Read moreI definitely don't have to return to this place. We just stopped in to see what the old panini had turned into. Our server seemed very clueless and acted as if she only had limited access to the place. It looks like they're using the old panini menus so when ordering all we kept hearing was we don't have tha over and over. Finally we settled on what they had and just ordered a small pizza and quesadilla. Both were very basic tasting. We were trying to order drinks and constantly being told we don't have it. My husband just went to the bar because he spotted what we were just told wasn't there and it was there. The bartender made it no problem. The waitress saw that we went and got our own drink and didn't even bother to say. Oh I'm sorry I over looked it and never acknowledged it. Food was mid, service was below average...
