I do not recommend this place at all! Careful giving your card information over the phone! Wednesday I forgot my wallet at home. I was in cleveland and needed lunch so I called to order subway and the insisted i use a card over the phone so I gave them all my information to my card for order.this account I really only use as a savings and have only ever used for a few in person purchases and never once online or the phone before. When i got to the store he never put in my card information he just wrote it down on the paper with my order so I ended up paying with another payment. Early the next morning someone used my card for an online store purchase of over $1,400. Read moreI went for the special they were running at the time and they decided to put there own "stipulations" on the buy any sized drink sale. You were told you had to buy a medium or large drink. I and everyone who purchased the drink was duped because I called the customer service number to check out the situation and was told they can not specify the size of the drink when they are participating in the specials advertised on TV. The deal was any drink any size, and what they had to offer was pop or tea for the offer. I don't drink pop or tea I was going to purchase apple juice for the deal and was told that the manager will not let you use that for the deal so I tried to get a small drink and they said it had to be medium or large. Read moreordered the sub of the day they only had my selected bread in 6" it was at opening so i was confused since they supposedly make the bread fresh daily. instead of letting me get 2 6" since they were out of my bread choice they told me i they couldn't mix breads. considering they didn't have what i wanted i thought it to be good customer service to make an exception i wasn't mixing the bread bc i wanted to it was bc they didn't have what i wanted. first thing in the morning dealing with a manager that can't make a simple customer service decision and stating it's "policy" definitely irritated my whole morning. i won't be back. and definitely sharing with my coworkers who frequent...
