It's hard to believe this after all of the great reviews about this shop, but I'll let the pictures do the talking. Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement through this florist via Teleflora and the flowers were delivered dead. I paid almost $90 for wilted, brown hydrangeas and peonies that lost all of their petals moments after being delivered. Extremely bad. Stay away. I ordered from them a deliver of flowers for my mother's 84th birthday. I paid extra for a more expensive arrangement than the one listed on their website. Instead, they delivered the cheapest version. When I called and complained they became very rude. I asked them to return the difference in my payment back to my credit card.
